- Step 01
Make sure your phone is ready
Your phone needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Dial *#06#: if an EID number appears, you are good to go.

Choose a plan and check out
Search your destination, compare data and validity, and pay securely. You can buy several eSIMs in one order from your cart.

Install the eSIM
Your SM-DP+ address and activation code appear right after payment and arrive by email. Install before you fly, on Wi-Fi.

Land and switch it on
On arrival, turn on the VeloraSim line, select it for mobile data and enable data roaming for it. You are online.
Troubleshooting help
Install on your device
Menu names can differ slightly by software version. Keep your activation details open on another screen or copied to the clipboard.

Open Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular) → Add eSIM.

Choose "Use QR Code", then tap "Enter Details Manually".

Paste the SM-DP+ address and the activation code from your order, then tap Next.

Label the new line (for example "VeloraSim") and keep your primary line for calls and iMessage.

Set VeloraSim as your mobile data line. Leave "Allow Mobile Data Switching" off.
When you arrive: Settings → Mobile Service → VeloraSim → turn on the line and Data Roaming.
